Brake noise...help!

I have an 89 civic and its making a very loud crunchy/grindy noise when im braking....while under heavy braking the noise goes away....it just had a complete redo on the brakes, front rotors, pads, and calipers, and new rear drums....i dont know what the problem is...can someone please help....thanks

take it back to where you had the work done. it shouldnt be that noisy. they may have installed something the wrong way
