What Exhaust Manifold is best ?

I have a 99 honda civic lx -- family sedan - intend on keeping it but would like to upgrade to better exhaust manifold --- there are two that are listed -- Skunk and I think a Hooker -- any suggestions , yes , I know that either would be better than the factory stock -- what about muffler that is mild as we use it for family driving - thanks

Thanks Triz and Ramon ------------ lol on the hooker --- I know I won't improve hp so much but if it makes the engine run easier then I will work the exhaust --- so Hooker is your first prefrence then the Skunk and thanks again on the 4-2-1 setup ---
