Compartment/Switch Board Set-Ups

Hey guys, I'm thinking of makin a switch board out of blue transparent Plexi and I wanna put it in the middle compartment where the lid is for some people, right under the cd deck (I have an EX)...Problem HOW DO I TAKE THE LID/STORAGE COMPARTMENT OFF? I've searched but found nothing.
Has anyone made a switch board? It's a neat-O thing
(Don't tell me about makin a switchboard all the way down by the cup holders in the sunglass bin..tha's jus dumb to me.
Thanks.

Check out the DIY for removing the factory head unit. That little bin is attached to the trim that goes around the HU and climate controls. If you don't want to cut up your stock parts, just pick up another one at your local stereo hookup. They are $15 and you don't have to worry about messin' up your expensive factory trim. Whachya putting on the switchboard?

thanks randomguy, I forgot about that DIY. Im installin my headunit soon too so good thing u showed that to me. Im takin the plexi and drillin 3 holes next to one another no more than a centimeter apart and not symetrical in the center, Im puttin it all the way to the left side towards the driver's side.
1)Undercar Neon
2)Nozzle
3)Extra(maybe n2O)
Then ur askin why put all of them on the left side?
Im gonna put a graphic on the riight side of the switches theres gonna be like 3 inches for me to stick something on the plexi.
