Cv Axle keeps popping out .. NEED HELP ASAP

So i did a 98 B20 swap in my 97 ek coupe.. The tranny im using is a B16.. The Cv axle I used on the the passenger side is from an 1995 acura integra LS. I drove to vegas and when i was coming back it popped out and stripped the tread where the CV axle goes into the tranny.. the differential is ok.. i replaced the CV axle again with another 1995 integra LS cv axle and it popped out again.. The size on the cv axle is 23 1/2 inches long. This is the same size as the 1999 civic Si cv axle. I think if i put in the 99 civic Si cv axle its going to pop out still.. so what can i do to fix this problem.. Need Help Desperately.!!!

Check the end of the axle that goes into the trans, and make sure that the little retaining clip (don't know if that's the technical term) is still on the end. If that clip isn't there, it can slip out.

EDIT: You have the wrong axle.

EK SI: Pass: 24.5"
Driver: 35 9/16"
95 LS Teg: Pass: 23 1/2" (w/o ABS: 23 3/8")
Driver: 23 3/16" (same w/o ABS)

well i went to autozone and bought the 1999 ek si cv axle and i asked the guy what the size was and the computer said both the integra Ls and the civic Si are both 23 1/2.. i just finished putting on the civic Si cv axle on.. and i sized it up with the integra cv axle and they like look the same size.. im just not sure if its going to pop out again..
also when i turn the wheel all the way(either to the right or the left) it has a very loud squeeking noise like a tire mad rubbing against something but its defineitly not the tire rubbing.. it sounds like coming from behind the motor close to the firewall.. any idea of what it is?

Also.. where did u get those dementions for the passenger side.. my driver side cv axle is koo.. did u get the lengths from.. google? or where id just like to see what else they have..

i have done a gsr swap in a 97 civic and i beleive we used 91-92 integra ls axles not 95. not a 100% but i would check on it
