You could just powdercoat your rims or do the diy paint your rims. Then like the guy above said, lip kit, tow hook, window visors and coilovers OR struts/springs
Jesus kid, shop around a little and educate yourself. Otherwise you're just going to end up pissing away $10K, getting taken advantage of, and ending up with a half-assed paint job, shitty rims, a bad drop, an Ebay CAI, and a fart can muffler. And the shop that takes your money will be laughing all the way to the bank.

There's a good chance that I'm not going to answer your PM.
Yes. A post like that will bring out some shady characters. Do not advertise that you are looking to spend that much. Also be aware that putting 10k into a civic does not mean you'll get resale value+10k. Basically all that money gets flushed down the toilet. Its cool if you are really into it but if you are looking to get out of the car in a year or two, you can figure on losing your ass. Cars are poor investments, but they sure are fun to wrench on. Make sure that whatever money you put into it, you get back in enjoyment. Otherwise you will regret every dollar you sink into it. Have fun with it, do some of the work yourself. Its not that hard and you'll feel better that you did.
i think it'll be cheaper, if you just sell your car and just buy a black civic. Yeah all you need is rims, side skirts and rear lip. You can probably do all of it for less then $3k
