91 DX Ignition Timing

I have a 91 Civic Dx with the 1.5LB2 engine. I race it on a small quarter mile asphalt track, and I am looking at getting all the power out of this baby that I can, so I was wondering where I should set the ignition timing for maximum perfromance.
