I have a 2001 civic ex and need the radio code, but I cant find the number listed in any of the places listed above, the only two serial numbers I found on the radio where "egz27192250" and "0723900" plz help! To remove this ad, register today for free or log in if already registered!

they should be able to use the serial number. and if its your friends car why cant he tell you the vin? its right in the front window on the dash.

Please i need help getting my radio code i bought my 2003 civic used and honda still has the original owner registered to the vehicle so i can't get my code unless i have my father (the car is in his name) go down to the dealership with my registration. Impossible since he lives out of state.
my serial number is 25259515
please help me

Hi there,

I have a 2002 Civic that I had to change the battery just last week...too damn cold here in Toronto...unfortunately, do not have the radio code. I got the radio serial 24123896 but don't know the radio code... could someone help me out?

When I lost my radio code and cleaned the battery terminals, I just called up the main line of Honda on their toll free # and all they asked was the Vin Number which is on ur windshield by the way, and verified my address and ownership name and in 1 min he gave me the code.

So just call the main line!

Lord...who knew getting a new battery would be such a darn headache!! lol
Here's the deal gang...have audio serial # from sticker inside dash B81019633
...tried the 1 & 6 button trick, no luck...removed neg battery cable...no luck...call honda...but b/c i bought used and not original owner, i have to fax them a bunch of stuff..grr...Pulled part of dash out to see if code on top of stereo..no luck..help!

Any way to get my code?? with just make, model, VIN and audio stereo code ...It's a Honda Accord 99'. Im broke & trying not 2 take it to the dealership to spend more money i dont have!!

All help appreciated!!

Hello to everyone, i bought a 2003 civic ex in an auction in Virginia, now the car is in Guatemala Central America (itīs close to Mexico) so i need help on the radio code...please. serial No. is 24274679. I already search the glove box and the fuse box. Thank you
