serial is on the back of the radio. you only need it if you plan to sell the deck so the buyer can enter the code after installing it. honda parts dept can look it up for free.

So if I`m getting a new deck I don`t even need the audio code.
No i`m not selling, I just want clear music, and the FM transmitter isn`t doing it for me.

yeah if you are swapping to aftermarket deck, it wont have any code. thats only for stock radio.
