all the piping from summit and mandrel solutions and all that stuff too? or would it just be easier to just get a new high flow cat? To remove this ad, register today for free or log in if already registered!

WTF! This question makes no sense. The piping ur referring to is for making a custom exhaust. If you are worried about the cat situation buy either an ex cat or buy a high flow cat down pipe from random technologies. I really don't understand where all your confusion is coming from. Have you tried searching the forum at all? There are tons of exhaust threads.

Of course its easier to order one part as opposed to 10 or 15 and pay someone to weld them all together if you dont know how to weld yourself. (hint: buy RT downpipe and hi flow cat if your into doing things easy) The downpipes are the same between the 4 door and the more awesome 2 door.

ProjectMayhemR- be nice man. We're all here to learn. Yelling at a dude doesnt help him, showing him what threads are out there that answer his question helps everyone more then yelling at em for not searching or knowing the answer to their question already.

^ dezod has it, but you might be able to get a lower price somewhere else- although dezod will match it. I trust buying from him tho and hes easy to get a hold of.

does anyone else make a direct fit high flow cat besides random tech cause i wasn't expecting to spend 300 on a cat converter.

If they say it works, it should work- I trust summitracing. I've never heard of that part before though, its probably just a generic brand of the honda one. What gets me though is the years it says it fits... thats not right kuz the 01-05 never changed. Call them and see, they will probably say it works, and if it doesnt I'm sure there wont be a problem returning it. You dont have a lot to lose.

O2 sensor length was covered in the orig post- read what I wrote, I'll just be writing it again.

Re: The ultimate DX/LX header/exhaust FAQ

^^ I heard that taping wire is not good for the O2 sensors since they are so senstive to voltage.
A minior change of voltage might cause CEL.

But i have no experience...anyone comfrim that?
