Fitting 99-00 TypeR Front Lips to 04-05

There was a thread about this but now I can't find it anymore because the link to it won't work since the site's name has been changed from 7thgencivic.com to civicforums.com...

Can anyone help me out here?

the thread basically said get the 99-00 lip, in urethane, not abs or fiberglass because it needs to be stretched to fit. it also mentioned this is a two person job, so get a friend to help. good luck finding the thread, everything is fucked up since the name change. hope this little bit of info helps, tho.
