- Wrong forum big guy, but easiest way is to get it installed professionally. Installing an amp and subs should not violate your warrenty in any way, except if you bolt the amp to your trunk. In which case what are you voiding, the "trunk liner" warrenty? My first system in my civic (before it got jacked) I installed myself and I can tell you it's a hassle to buy the wiring kit and hide all the wires. I probably got ripped a little, but I got my wiring kit, installation and a sealed box for $90. Pretty cheap when you consider at Best Buy you'll pay $40 for the box and $40 for the wiring kit anyway. Just something to consider.

- If you do need a hand installing the amp, just email me @ Elf1027@aol.com. It's not hard, just a pain the @ss. Finding the hole in the firewall took me forever...

i'm almost positive that installing an amp[porperly] wont void any warranty. its very easy but ya a lil time consuming.

Installing amp does not void the warranty.. provided all amps do not have a combined fuse rating of more than 40amps.. otherwise your alternator and battery are no longer covered..I'd say get an experianced friend to help you or take it to the pro's and watch what they do..Taking apart the body panels and center console and running wiring and hooking up an amp is not for a newbie to car audio and/or cars..(nothing bad about that...just tis time for some learning and your set).. Get a buddy to help you do it..not someone who claims they know what their doing..but someone who has some proven experiance.. or like I said..go to the pro's..

Cheers

imma have to disagree on mohawk on this one. before this car i knew nothing about cars and car audio. but ya i was able to install my system myself. just know what your getting into before you actually do it. this shouldn't be too hard, it's a lil time consuming tho. but ya just follow all instructions and you should be fine.

I have to agree with Mohawk, get it professionally done, preferably at a reputable place. The money you spend on the install might CYA in the future with the honda dealer, especially if it is done by a large chain.

I had my installed at cartoys. CHeck out more topics like this one in the ICE forum.
