LED wiring ?

Ok, I want my LED washer to only be on with my blinker, the green wire, I know this, but...I dont really want to take my front bumper off to get at it. Is there a way to tap into the headlight wires without taking the front bumper off and removing the light? There isnt really a lot of room right behind the light. Thanks in advance. Alright, I ended up just disconnecting the wire going into the blinker and pulling it out and splicing into it without removing the headlight or bumper. It was a pain in the ass and took a hell of a lot longer to do that just removing the bumper, but I got it down now to a few minutes. Thanks for your help guys.
