If I remember correctly they charge between $125-150 an hour for tuning. I'm not sure if they charge the same for installation or not. My bill for tuning was around $250....not a bad price for what I got!
well after a little oops I noticed that the DIY write up for the emanage has a little updating to be done so others don;t run into problems like I did a little . Only things I had trouble with was that the Rotory settings are 4-8-C not 4-8-E. they never got the vtec feature working. and the Blue rpm wire on the main harness does not go to the blue wire on connector A. thats your Crank position sensor. you don't want voltage running to that. It's The Engine speed pulse wire On connector E pin 26(blue wire). Hope this makes it easier for everyone else. thanks a ton to dezod and madwheel for the help and dealing with the million questions I had
Thanks again HyaBoosta, I still have all the emanage and harness sitting around and waiting since the kit never came. Good to know there are still others using this as a guide. Mad props to you all that have done it and help others as well.
i am having trouble connecting to the e-manage with the support tool. i set the jumpers to what i said above because that is what the e-manage instruction manual said to do for non-vtec and am currently trying to update the main unit. the problem i am getting is that the e-manage says it is corresponding with the main unit, but its been 10 min and it is still on the first bar and not moving. the e-manage light is green and the support tool one is orange. what should i do?
and when i try to import data from the e-manage i get a communication error. i dont know if it matters, but the support tool always says online even w/o the e-manage plugged in. i dont get that.
ok i am still having trouble with it not reading a MAP signal still. the car keeps going into limp mode even after getting the support tool to work. i checked all the connections and they are right. mine is set to 4-8-c and it still doesnt work. anyone know what i have to do to get the car to read the MAP signal?
i checked all the wires and they are correct according to the diy. i know the map sensor wires are sending a signal to the e-manage because when i tap the two e-manage wires for the map sensor together, the problem goes away.
