I did a search for trim pieces, DIY and door panel, but I couldn't find anything on how to get that piece off. I want to paint the piece where the window controls are, but I can't figure out how to get it off, any help on this would be great. Thanks! Hey, go to the DIY for installing door speakers and it shows you. Basicly what you have to do is look at the piece and you will see a little flap thingy, its right in the middle, flip it up with a flat tip or something like that and take the screw out of there. After that just pull the thing off, it might take some muscle or just wrap a flat tip with cloth and carefully pry it out. I hope this helps

If your looking to take that piece off, its NOT in the DIY. Once you take the inner panel off the inside of the door, there are 2-4 clips that hold in in place along with the module itself.
