i think if you sand it it will accept the tint better.
instead of balling up it would be more even imo that is the best way to do it.

yeah i would do it but cops love pulling over cars around here espcially with the road construction they are doing....looks hella tight though

mine are smoked not blacked out! up close you can still see a black cherry red. from far away and at night it looks black. as long as you do it right they wont be able to get you.
mine are all black, but my best friends taillights are not smoked, and his camaro has em all black and hes training to be a cop, so the only reason for getting pulled over will probably because cops are haters
i got mine done with the night shades
i did it to my stock lights and it pretty dark but that stuff is transparent
ive had cops right behind but they havent pulled me over (knocking on wood) and theyre pretty dark
yeah but considering i got 16 points on my license i don't want to push it quite yet but it is a mod that i will probably do later on

i tinted mine to a black from far away but dark cherry red close up..... i got pulled over the other night for speeding and the cop didnt say anything about the tails. BTW, i got outta the ticket. lol
Hey... i was wondering how long this mod lasts. Mine already got a small chip on it today. I've heard of fading but who has experienced chipping? Also has anyone gone through a car wash with it yet?
