WW G5 Rear Lip (vs.) GReddy EVO

well question,

in a couple days im gonna be putting on my lip kit (g5 series) and i was wondering..

does anyone have a GReddy EVO exhaust system and this rear lip?

im worried about if this will burn the lip alot and turn black?

i really hope not, because i've spent many nights in the shop/booth making this thing look pretty..

when i put the rear lip up to the tip, its only cleared by a little bit..

anyone else?
any other aftermarket exhausts with this lip?

thanks for any help!

Just bend the hangers so that it doesn't hang so close to the lip.

It will burn it. I have an HP Racing cat, sit pretty close, went on a little trip to Myrtle Beach, about 500 miles, And when I got down there, paint was lifted from the urethane. I suggest a heat shield.

i got the g5 lip with the dc exhaust, still has lil space between the kit and the exhaust tip....but the greddy tip is alot bigger....i'd just lower the hanger...but then again it brings up the scraping issue
