Anyways, I got court tommorow at 10:30 to "TRY AND FIGHT?" No...to OWN the fawken cop that said that I passed up a school bus with flashing red lights. I took pics and video evidence yesterday, he's so dead. Wish me luck, fellas. I'm gonna hold it down for BA7Genz on this one, beeeeyatch.

I'm in slacks and a dress shirt. I have work during the week so my attire is cool. I just gotta keep my smartass comments and attitude on the DL. But dealing with stupid cops and stupid accusations, i think sarcasm might slip out. I'm outtie fellas, off to my court case, wish me luck! I'll post as soon as I get back.

After bringing up my hella good evidence to prove the cop WRONG about a lot of things, the most being that meridian is a STRAIGHT street (had pics to show otherwise), he got proved wrong, so what does he do? LIE! He fu**ing lied and said that i admitted to passing up the schoolbus, that he told me where i passed it up (even though he didnt tell me after i ASKED HIM 4 times), and said all this other bullshit. I didnt have my "witness" cause Nicole was in school, and she cant get out today, so the judge took his LYING words over my testimony, even though i was calling his bullshit from the START with my evidence, and said i'm guilty. Said I owe 490 by Decemeber (merry christmas), 1 point against my record, and its gonna raise my insurance...and since I dont pay insurance, greeeeeeeeeeeat, I'm really gonna get it from my parents. Wow, I TOTALLY got a screw job today. Guilty or not, pay it and go to traffic court, obviously the system puts LIARS in uniforms.

Not anymore... I might have to resort to selling my car and getting a bike if i wanna go back to school. Payments for my insurance/car payment have been kicked over by my pops, so funds are def a questions, especially since im going back to school.

I lost a case one time for not having my witness as well...words of advice...ALWAYS BRING YOUR WITNESS......ALWAYS!!!....sorry about the bad luck man..

damn sorry to hear about your ass rape but sometimes life pushes you in the direction you need to go. id prefer a bike over a vic any non rainy day of the week. and going back to school is awesome. all you need is a little bs piece of paper and you can get a great job that will pay you a waige you can actually live off of!
