Originally posted by 18secQuaterMile if you wanna rip my set up its cool steve, all you need are some switches, wire (red for power, black for ground), wire clamps (connects wire on one side and plugs onto the switch on the other), and the neons. if you wanna hook it up to your battery you might need a fuse, i got one for you if you want. i went the other route and just connected to the cig. lighter wire, works just as well.
Aight cool, thanks Steve.
4 15 inch neon tubes
Switch & Wiring kit
Mounting hardware
Connects directly to battery.
That's what I'm gonna snag for my car. I'm gonna connect it up directly to the battery, what kinda fuse do i need? I might already have it anyway. I dont think im gonna get the small 3" neons though to put in the vents. Even though it hooks up str8 to the battery, could i still get those flip switches? Where'd you get yours at BTW. Between you and andrew, you're the electrical guys, you should know how to do a complete clean install.

you'll need an inline fuse with a fuse holder to put it in, wont need any bigger than a 5amp fuse. i you connect it to the battery you can still use the flip switches, i got mine from kragen but any autostore will have them like pep boys or wherever. if you put lights under the seat dont do the mistake i did, had them turned the wrong way...instead of putting the end of the tube with the wire in it closer to the console i put it facing the door so you can see the wire hanging there
aight im down to cook, first round only though. I aint gonna be cooking for f00's showing up late wanting some grub. If you want to show up late, cook y0 0wn sh1t
