i was pissed of about to i drove down there expecting to see all you guys car and no one was there. i only saw a blue civic with flames on the window and silver civic. i drove around for around about 30 min before i left.[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/IMG][IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/IMG][IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/IMG]. next time we should make the meet closer to L.A
it wasn't so much irvine as it was the chosen/designated parking lot. i think what we need is to have a spot that is easily found, and with parking that is not full all the time, like a fast food place, or a restaurant. that way we can meet up, check out the cars, maybe cruise or we cango our separate ways, this meet location was ok, i think, but maybe what we expected was too much. so instead of all socal members gettin together, maybe we should have different sections meet. like san diego can geta meet goin thats close to san diego, and la members can get a meet thats close to la. then we can successful meets i think. just a suggestion.....we could try it again....like in early june.....and we can meet at the beach, since thats easy to find.........

MEET at the Irwindale Speedway. .easy to spot and easy to find. . .D DAY 2001 was held there. . can't MISS It. . let's have a meet there around June 9th, i think thats a sat. . . .soo we can all meet there then reace LEGALLY for 20 bucks all day!? I'll take charge and plan the next meet with the help of like another person. . . just need some backup if you want to even have a meet and RACE, see your 1/4 times.. etc etc. .
ya the ones at irwindale are the 1/8 mile..ive been there a couple times, its pretty tight over there i like it alot. You can squeeze..you can run straight pipes....no cats...anything and they dotn care really...its tight over there too the anouncer makes fun of u...its tight..i saw we throw a meet down there, that would be hard!! IM with PROdigy..
I talked to my friend about it. . .and he said he was down to plan a meet down there. . Him and I are going to go down there soon to check the place out, get directions, info and stuff. IF we do have a meet, we plan to bring other cars along. . but it's mostly HOPEFULLY going to be just 2k1 and 2k2 civics. . but have friends come along with their cars. Also, if all goes good and we find it to be a big place and easy to find, we plan to bring some of our friends that DJ and have music along with the cars showing off. . Soo keep reading and be ready to have a civic meet!
