only with halogens do you have to not touch the bulb....if its an incandescent like a brake light bulb you dont need to worry

dope ass meet. loved. it and thanks to everyone that came out. sry i left you *hanzo* at the meet and everyone else without saying goodbye, when i was gonna get on freeway, i noticed the time and i needed to get my lady home =X but great meet!
