new question. photo radar plates....what kind of fine is associated with one, should a cop decide to cite me for it? and will they demand i rip it off right then and there?

Ive made two people take those reflective plate covers of in the last week. With me, you either take it out while Im there, or I take it out and you leave with a civil ticket...pretty simple.
The AZ Revised Statutes webiste is down right now so I cant find the actual code...will look again later.

How big will my ticket be for having a tinted front window?
Yeah the guy who ran the shop I got my windows tinted who did limo on my front doors he had 22% on his front windshield for like 10 years total on his vehicles plus limo on everything else. He got pulled over like a week before I went in but once in 10 yrs is pretty good but he told me he would hook me up if I got a fix it ticket hehe.
But yeah if I was still living in Phx my front windshield would be like 22% too bright for me during the day. I heard like the fine was $80 for tint if they didn't give you a fix it ticket when I was living there but that was for too dark of tint. Since anything below the strip on the front windshield is illegal anywhere in the states I don't know what the fine would be.
I'm gonna take off my bumper and see if I can pop out the dent but if it doesnt look good I am going to leave it off until I buy a new one and get it painted and put on. Can I drive around on the freeways etc. without a front bumper on. Also anyone have any tricks or tools for popping it out.
