Okay, let me get this straight. They are trying to discourage street racing, so they pick a story where a guy in a civic hits another car doing 90mph and the worst injury was a minor head injury? There are plenty of wrecks every day where the exact same thing happens at half that speed and people die. "Oh no! I shouldn't street race because if I hit someone at 90mph I might get...a bruise on my head!?!" If they want discourage street racing so badly, then they could have at least used a story that had harsher consequences.
