Hey everyone. After a lot of driving I finally made it in to Merritt Island. Unfortunately my transmission started slipping around San Antonio so I had to baby the car all the way from East Texas and believe me it wasn't fun. The fastest I could go for any length of time was 65 mph or else the tranny fluid would overheat and it would start burning off. And you thought Marcus Gronholm had trouble with his 4 speed Peugot gearbox!
So now it's at the dealership getting looked at and hopefully fixed in about a week. Now is the time I'm glad I plunked down the extra dough to get the 75,000 mile warranty. Anyways, if anyone wants to hang out or has any meets I should attend lemme know in this thread.

I managed to fall asleep through a CAT 2 but it looks like we may have to evacuate this time.
