Naw... now it's changed course again after being 10 miles off land of Port Charlotte and is tracking to North North west ward back towards Tampa and Hillsborough county... we are in for some big weather guys... stay safe... this is getting crazy... if you see any tornado's here in tampa.... post it up asap... so we can spread the word to be on the lookout
Hey... don't drain your pool all the way... only like to the bottom of your tiles on the side... because if you dont' have any water, water=weight, and when the ground around the pool gets saturated with water, it'll actually lift the pool outta the ground, and then ur really screwed... just be careful everybody
wow, that'd be crazy, to see ur whole pool out of the ground! lol have u seen it b4 or just heard about it?

ill take some pics to when it gets bad good idea...im in orlando to (lake mary) buts its like not dark right now its not sunny but not dark i dont think im going to make it
I still haven't gotten any rain yet, maybe quarter of an inch and it stopped....I'm starting to eat all the supplies that I bought (mmm cream corn)...it's pretty much clear that Tampa/St. Pete are in the clear. Orlando looks alot worse than I do.
Ummm.... yea everyone's heard of the calm before the storm? we are all calm and quiet yet because it's still south of us and it's STILL heading NNW at 40 MPH... so i wouldn't count your chickens before they hatch... we'll stick get hit pretty bad with rain and wind...
Man...I hear birds chirping outside likes it's easter morning or something. I'm happy that the hurricane didn't hit us but I'm not happy that i spent yesterday fighting mobs at Walmart and Publix, spent the last 16 hours indoors, and have 10 cans of cream corn and green beans. Oh well i can always save it for the next time.
Orlando is gonna get the Hurricane winds... but we in north/east tampa are gonna get the Heavy rain soon and still get tropical storm winds of up to 70 MPH they are saying...
The tv keeps making it sound like something so terrible, but according to every news crew that is reporting from the storm, it doesnt look so bad. Every place had clear wheather, I dont get it.

yup.... thats exactly what we did... a lil past the tiles.
My parents live in port charlotte, Fla. The eye of the storm passed over their county. My brother just called and said that the gable end of the house (roof) is gone. That like a 25x50 ft section. This sucks. MY dad's work got leveled i guess, and everything everywhere is ruined and under water in that area. There is a Autozone towards Punta Gorda Bridge on US 41 in Charlotte County...well there was...FFFLLLLAAATTTT. My bro's corvette is swamped and my house is leaking. I'm just happy they are okay.
