| Yes, the engine came out of a wrecked car, I got the engine from a local junkyard and they gave me first dibs on the car to remove anything I needed for the swap. The yard removed the engine in a very clean way, nothing was cut, the axels are the only thing that did not survive the engine's removal. Everything else was removed by me, this includes the engine subframe, shifter and cables, ecu and imobilizer, misc plugs, and other misc parts that may or maynot be useful. As far as the engine running, there is no reason to doubt that it will. It is in excellent shape, the oil pan is perfect, there are no fluid leaks, there really is nothing to suggest that there is anything wrong with the engine. This motor was going into an EG, and I'm just having second thoughts about it right now, if it doesn't sell, then I'll just go ahead with my project.
I think thats about it. You or anyone else is more than welcome to come by and check it out. I live in the Casselberry area about 15 mins from downtown. Let me know.
Thanks,
