me vs a vette

i was driving when i noticed an early 90s vette behind me catching up to me so i wait for him to pull up next to me. as soon as he does i throw it in second going about 40mph and hit vtec and shift at about 6500. i hear his engine roar and the next thing i notice he was flying by me and getting in my lane about 6 car lengths ahead of me. damn those cars are fast. o well, it was fun to see him take off like that.

At least your not my friend, he thought it was cool at teh time while a c5 ls1 was playing with him back and forth, and the more of the story he told me, the more i started to realize what he was describing.

The man in the corvette that my friend thought he was playing around with, was actually driving CIRCLES around him!!!! I bust out laughing and told him. Man did he looked pissed after i said it cuz he didnt even realize what he said until i did.
