I had a guy IM me online, talkin crap about his saturn against my civic. He apparently read some of my posts on a saturn site and s2ki.com.... Here's the story.
Well, I met up with this guy who Instant Messaged me online. He wanted to run me with his saturn. We had a few words, but I said it was all good. I wasn't gonna rag on his saturn cuz we all drive the car we want to drive and can afford. (i'd only rag on him if he was a ricer) lol
We meet up and he's got a friend with him who has a cavalier. He's got a huge ass wing on this cavalier, but it apparently doesn't help since the saturn is the faster of the two cars. Alright, not a big deal, but he ran his mouth on me online, so I tell him let's have a friendly race. He wants to run for money, but I'm not usually up for that. Plus to be honest, though I show confidence outside, I have no idea who will win. He gets in the back seat of his saturn in a much thuggish style, and we roll out for a quick run. We catch a light, and both launch on green. Once again, the Civic DX owns. (i can't wait to see if this ends up on xtremesaturn.com... lol) I've got it on video, but someone will have to host for me. I plan to download it to computer tomorrow.
On another note, when I was on my way to work, I ran into a guy with his girl in an integra GS. He tried to run me, but there was traffic, so I wasn't sure where he wanted to go. I don't understand why people do that. "hey let's race to the back of the cars that are 10 feet in front of us". The pathetic part was on the back right side he had a spare tire! Dude, you can chill in your teg all you want, but what's with trying to run people with a spare tire? LMAO.

Your stock DX Civic gets a lot of attention. It's like you're a magnet for challengers... in a stock entry model Civic. Then your competitors lose. It sounds like you live in a place that hates Hondas or something. But I'll never forget the guy that had a V6 Tiburon (with Type R badges) and Mr. "f**k Hondas" "Nice 2-point slow liter" and his Mrs. "I like your car [S2000]" story.

Not to be mean! but those stupid newbie racers...always wanna race you...think they're all hard once they get some new HID bulbs or tail lights..not to clown on anyone..i mean those are cool..but dame step down with the challenages...leave it on the track..whats there to prove? who can pay the most tickets? or get in the most accidents? just a thought...lets be real now!!!
Dam S2000man01 it doesn't seem to matter whether you're in your s2k or in your civic, you always seem to get some runs in with quite the funny characters on the street. Your stories on the S2K forum are always funny.
All street racing is who spent the most money on their car. Even a person who can't drive worth crap can still win a race if they spent more under the hood.

Whatever. There is no replacement for a good driver. You could have a Lambo and not know how to launch right and I would OWN you all day long in it. Performance is key, but it is right equal with being a good driver.

ha ha ha ha ha ha......It reminds me of last night at the Races at Qualcomm. Some dude had a Ferrari 360 Modena, he got OWNED the whole night. I dunno but i think if the track was a 1/4 mile he could of had a chance but not with a 1/8 track. It was funny, he was booed after about 3 runs. hahahhaha.
once i was at the track and i saw this purple saturn sc2 run a damn 14.5. ..i was amazed, then i saw it blow the engine half way down the track on the next run mostly in part to his claimed 100 shot of nitrious.
as for quoting the fast and the furious, thats f!ckin gay. most people that put alot of money under the hood know what they are doing and can drive a car well.
in case my sig isnt showing up i run 14.8s with cai, dc header, full 2.25 inch exhaust, testpipe, v-tech afc, and reground cam.
