Raced another 5.0!!!!
heh, I just got back from McDonalds...I happened to run into another 5.0 in their parking lot...started talking to the dude, told him what happened earlier....he offered to show me what a 5.0 in good condition can do....rape me. lol.

20 feet off the line (stop light), he had me by about 1 car length....we hit 80 and he was 5-6 car lengths ahead of me!

He had an automatic tranny too.... ::sighs:: oh well, I thought maybe my earlier triumph was actualy because my driving skills are the shit. I guess not. happens to us at least once
i got raped by a candy red one with a passenger and i had a head start
but it was real obvious his was finely tuned
it's was kinda beautiful the way it just passed me as if it wasn't breakin a sweat

if a 5.0 is passing you and it doesent appear to be breaking a sweat ,it isnt. they are awesome motors, better than anything that says vtec on it.
