Saw the new Z-car on the road today here in milwaukee. It was an orangish gold color and man did it look good. I could not believe the guy was driving it though. It just snowed here a little last week and as usual the city salted like mad. I know he was excited about getting the car and driving it but now he has to wash it (if he even cares) so the paint clearcoat will not get damaged. Tell you what if it was my car it would only see clear, precipitation free days in the summer and spring. It would spend wet days and winters in a heated garage.

Yea, I saw one while I was down in Atlanta for Thanksgiving. I really didn't like the looks in mags and such but after seeing it in person, my opinion has drastically changed. I don't like the looks of the interior but haven't sat in one yet. Definately have a lot better opinion of the car since I saw one in real life.
i saw one warming up in an alley.... small alley, very lit also. it was behind this resturant i was going to on the day of my and my girls anniversary. i also saw one somewhere else but i forgot. both sightings were close to the neighborhood so i believe its the same guy.
They are all over out here. The interior I will say feels better than it looks. The telescoping wheel and short (mean SHORT) throw is increadable. One of the 350Zs here has the Injen cold air intake, 18 inch OZ racing rims, and CF stuff man than thing is pretty. The G35 sport coupe is honeslty a 350 with a back seat and a little more power. Either way I wouldn't mind driving either.
Everyday there is a 350Z that just chills by this music shop by my house, never moves. Still has the dealers tag and window papers, I think they just drove it there straight from the dealership and left it. Before the 350Z there was a Toyota MR2 Spyder and an Acura NSX that were always there. I'd just drive over there and admire the cars. I'd take better care of them he/she should give them to me.
Ok, everyone is seeing them everywhere. Have any of you actually taken a test drive? I HAVE! hah! I was actually going to be trading in for one next week but decided that 3 more years of payments would set me too far back since i want to move out of my parents house within a year or so. But definitely the touring model for around 34k is absolutely amazing. That car just picks up and goes. But yes, next to an s2000 its really a pretty fair coin flip. (Referring to past threads about 2000 vs. 350z) Only thing that would draw me towards the s2000 is the convertible, but next year the 350z will have a soft top option so ill just have to wait and see how that works out. Maybe next year when i get my next raise ill go back in and talk some numbers with the dealer again. Until then, watch out cuz project turbo has started.........
I think those things are UGLY they look like a knock off of the s2000, My mom just got a z over the summer, she went with the z3 cuz she thought the z4 was ugly too. and it's the same engine.
