all things considered (wieght stock and elevation at lacr) thats about right. but you could probably knock close to .5 seconds off your time if you kick your friend out of the car, show up with less than 1/4 tank of gas and practiced your launch. You just have to find the right combination of launch technique, rpm, and tire pressure that works best for your car.

yeah im pretty sure i cud maybe hit taht 16 secs...i only got 2 runs in dammit....the 2nd run was with an ok launch but i believe i cud do better...my shit grabbed to fast and wasnt high enough cuz it was the first time with those tires. i think it wud do perfect with a nice warmup and a 6k launch on my tires

ohh yeaaaa come check this out!
I cut a 2.3 and change on my car with Toyo TPT's 185/65/15 aired down to like 20. Track grabbed good that day, I could have launched at a higher rpm, I was going at like 4500
If he cut a 1.7 you'd think his timeslip would be better that 16.5 and 81.
