14.2@100.81mph & 3rd time ever to the track....

well I went to the track saturday....I dont have a scanner but this is how my time slip goes...

.712
2.278
6.237
9.377
70.52mph
12.046
14.291 1/4 MILE TIME
100.81

still on 8psi (just changed out the HG and finally learned how to launch) ops:

highest trap speed was 101.86mph (ran 101mph+ 3 times) and lowest was 100.20mph (low boost till mid 3rd gear)....ran total of 5 times

on stock tires, full interior....maybe some DR's in the future but I wanna see what I can do when I put in my MM's since they've been in my room going on 3 months and change out my alcohol to methanol (been in garage for over 2 months also)

thats about it I guess...

oh yeah, 13'S, THE SOHC IS KNOCKING AT THE DOOR

note the improvement...first time to track ran 15.4 (blown HG and SHITTY 60') then 2nd time ran 14.8 (blown HG and SHITTY 60') and this time I ran 14.2 so we'll see what I hit next time

Congrats on the times again. 13's shouldn't be a problem. Like I said everytime I get close to your times you pull away. Just gonna have to try a little harder when I get back. So hold it down as shreveport/bossier's fastest D17 while I'm gone, but I'm gonna be gunning for you when I get back. JFWY.

We never actually met and it seems that we bring the best out in each other. I just wish I could have been there so I could have possibly dipped into the 14's. I'll admit I was trying to match that 14.8 real bad. Now you just raised the bar again. So as long as I stay nipping at your heels it should benefit us both in the end. Someday I will catch you so you better not stop. . JFWY
At leastYou won't have to worry for next 4 months about me.

thanx...I think I can hit 13's on 8psi with methanol (in garage)....energy suspension motor mounts (right next to me)....if not 13.9 with those two mods then I'll definitely get it with DR's on 8psi...if not...10psi it is

EDIT: how did u know my clutch is still messed ....this is what I do....I make two consecutive passes then I let the car/clutch rest for AT LEAST 10 MINUTES then I do it again...if not the clutch will start slipping...I plan on getting ACT 4 puck this time...

wow, thats some pretty good top end power. your car sux ass to the 1/8 though.

when was the last time you had your car tuned??? gotta be something off to trap 70 at the 1/8 with a 9.3. at 9.3 I'm usually trappin 76 - 77 mph.

but anyways. trapping 100-101 mph in the 1/4 you should have 13's already.

once you figure out whats goin on with your low end power you could get even faster
