And if anyone starts crap they are going to get a moderator sock beating.

As for me I like cavi's and focii in my civic.

As for the S2000, the best were Mustangs GT's that had no clue and thought the "torqueless wonder" was a 15 second honda. I also enjoyed domestic rice for lunch many times.

I see mostly men in their mid 20's - late 40's driving S2000's. And again, wtf does your comment have to do with the thread topic? Nobody asked what you thought of the S2000.

God I hope it's a chick car. Every S2000 i've seen has always had a guy driving with a fine chick in the passenger seat.

Beat a few SN95 mustang V6's, all auto I assume, from '94 all the way to '02.

'03 Dodge Ram V8, not sure what size, I think he said something like 348 or 308 something above 300. I got him on the takeoff pretty good and we stayed neck and neck after he caught up all the way to 100 mph or so. still beat him. I recommend this race to anybody, it all depends on your takeoff whether or not you will beat them, cuz he caught up to me after about 3 seconds off the line.

an 80-something camaro with a 305 and 200r4, carburated, not proud of that one though cuz it didnt sound like it ran good.
loud, but didnt go anywhere.
NOTE: just because I beat one doesnt mean any '03 EX can beat one, this was a crappy running car, so guys dont go revving every Z28 you see, because you will most likely be humiliated. Unless the guys motor sounds like a bag of timebombs, then go ahead.

also a '96 V6 firebird(OWNED)

and a '00-something GMC Sierra, not sure what motor....it had to be a v6 because I had an '01 Sierra with the 5.3 and a few bolt-on mods, and that truck was freakin FAST...
THIS I recommend anybody to race(The V6) I smoked'em, but a V8 would have stomped me.

also beat some kind of mazda or nissan, from the 80's...i dont think it was an rx7 cuz i know those haul ass, and not a 280/240z, cuz those are pretty fast too, so I dont really know what it was, but was shaped like an old 240z.

And I beat another civic once, its the only time I've gotten to race another import so far except the one mentioned above(only 8K mi so far)
Was like a '95. Must have been an HX......

Anybody with a 7th gen EX 5 speed...
what imports have you guys smoked so I can use your imput as a reference.

He can state his opinion all he wants; just not in this thread. The object of the this thread was to list what domestics you have raced and beaten, not anyones opnion on the S2000 or opinions on any other car. If he wants to talk about the S2000 and it's pros and cons then start a new thread about it.

Educated opinions are one thing, but downright getting on someone's nerves is another. I'm all for differing opinions - that's what makes people unique...but this issue isn't about two opposing viewpoints.

But most important, this thread is not about if the S2000 is a girly car.

btw, I have no idea where sadboy is coming to that conclusion. Good Housekeepings Annual Women's Automotive Satisfaction Awards never included the S2000 - the only car in the Honda line that did get rave reviews was the Honda CR-V (2003), and the Honda Odyssey (1999). Saturns and Corollas were the only compact 'sporty car' listed. AND I bet any guy in this site would agree that seeing women driving around in an S2000 is generally a minority. I myself have not seen one girl driving an S2000...wait, yes I have...but that was on a screen in front of me with all these images projected on it.

Getting the facts straight is important before formulating an opinion. There are no statistics that say that women are the majority of buyers out there. There are no awards given to the S2000 by female drivers. A vast majority of people will agree they have not, nor do they believe that this car is a "chick car." This leaves one glaring truth - sadboy's opinion is unfounded and technically invalid. But, he is entitled to it. Just on a different thread where it's the topic of discussion.

Now, back to the topic at hand please...
