Ok........here's the deal...Your exhaust is a good start to making your D17 sound agressive, look more agressive and become more agressive. The Civic unfortunately is a constant Work In Progress as we all know, so we decided to organize this GB for it, but with exhaust in mind this time.
Here's how it goes, custom build your own exhaust! Pick at least 2 items and we will throw together a package deal for you. Some of items prices are set in stone, and others are flexable, so the one's we list prices for are set. If not, we are calculating a price based upon how much and what your purchasing.

PM SENT!
The 4-2-1 2 pc Racing header eliminates the cat and a full true header, not like the shorty 4-1.
Edit: Shorty 4-1 Polished is not worth the $$. I say go brushed or ceramic.

I have the HP Header... is that compatible with the random tech high flow cat and Apexi N1 exhaust? What is the piping size for the Apexi exhaust and I have an LX so all I would have to do is use EX Headers and an EX exhaust and i will be fine??

Since you have an LX, you will need to do an EX exhaust conversion.
N1 has 60mm piping. The HP header you have, is it a shorty header? More details, and/or pics.

I believe it is the full header, it came with the "high flow cat"
An EX exhaust conversion isn't the same thing as just getting an extension pipe like the tanabe one is it?
Do you happen to have the link to an ex exhaust conversion if there is one here??
No the RT cat will not fit. It is not the same as an EX exhaust conversion. You need a shorty header, downpipe w/ cat and cat-back as far as to my knowledge. Search on it for more details.

"This design, which meets Federal EPA and California ARB requirements, enables virtually any vehicle with a properly tuned engine to meet emissions standards with little, if any power loss (compared to an exhaust with no catalytic converter). Please note that no aftermarket catalytic converters are legal for installation in California on OBD II vehicles (some 1994 & 1995, and all 1996 and later vehicles). "
Right from Random Technology
