what a asshat......just be a man and own up to it. Yes, it is the internet, but it is still ppl's hard earned money. Looking at pics of your civic and what you had on it, you are not hurting for money. People on this site save up months of paychecks just to buy something for their car cuz it is a hobby and they enjoy it. It really sucks when scammers gotta ruin it for ppl

Under contract law you can still be sued because you did not complete your part of the transaction, given the reasonable amount of time that you were given to do so. The law is Canadian, but because BIG is in Canada where part of the transaction is, the law would apply.
Once you have received the money, your product is legally BIG's; the title has been transferred.
Because there is a breach of contract, eg. the transaction was not completed in a given reasonable time, there will and can be a law suit under Consumer Protection Act and Sales of Goods Act for fraud. BIG can sue for his monetary loss because the court should rule that there could be other purposes for the amount of money lost, eg. investment.

You want to come on here and mock me after I wait over 6 months to get back my $1150US? Phil, this is a list of the things I had to sit through:
- parts on order
- supplier had a delay
- parts getting ceramic coated
- parts delayed getting ceramic coated due to having to do them on the side
- 2 weeks on business
- shop gets broken into and all of my parts are stolen...(even a used clutch)
- 5 weeks on business
- 4 days sick
- 2 days in hospital with phneumonia
- mother in law has the cash
- paypal doesn't work
- waiting for mother in law to pay
- wiretansfer! (but only $935US of my $1150 ....why not ALL of it)
This is what I don't get......I can sit through 6 months of this BS, and then you have the nerve to come on here and get annoyed about a post I made? Come on Phil, this doesn't seem fair. How come you offered to ship my parts that I ORIGIONALLY ordered the night before you sent the wiretransfer if they were STOLEN when your shop got robbed? wierd....
Phil, its $215US that I have been waiting for now.....no interest, no compensation for the crap I've dealt with here....just ME (a part time sales rep working hard for his cash), asking from a man to a man for my own money back....I don't think its an unreasonable request, no childish games, no net-fighting BS, nothing.....just my cash back is all I want.

This shit pisses me off!!! Once I get all the documents and hardcopy Big has of his transactions with you, I will be forwarding all this to my g/f's dad (lawyer) and will take the proper initiatives unless the issue is resolved by then.
US law states any transaction that takes place where the vendor or seller is located in a certain state, the judiciary meetings and hearing MUST happen in that state. So to all you calling out saying your going to sue, WELCOME TO FLORIDA! LOL, but seriosuly I hope this gets settled so we can all move on.

FYI, it is not illegal to record a phone conversation without consent. This actually varies by state, and if memory serves me correctly, Florida is just like wisconsin... a 1 party state. Meaning as long as one person knows the conversation is being recorded it is legal and admissible as evidence.

There was only 2 people complaing here. The first because he bought a brand new greedy bov from me and they dont come with a flange. He became mad and wanted the flange. Everyone knows they don't come with them unless you buy a whole turbo kit. So i was gonna give him one for free. He then became angry once again because I forgot to send it so he overnited one and wanted me to pay for the charges. I was going to to smooth things over and I forgot about it. That is when he started his crap.
The second is a long story that i could type about all the stuff for a week. If everyone wants to make me out as the bad guy so be it. Know all the facts first, or how about this, just don't buy nothing from me (i dont sell on here anymore anyways) and keep you mouth shut, you say I am a name caller, i was called a fag, douchebag and much more.
