Yte2k1ciVic and I had a deal. I traded him a set of Neuspeed sport springs that I bought for a half prepped front Kaminari lip. He received my springs over a month ago. He has since put shipping the lip off saying that it cost too much. Well he should have thought of that before he took my springs and kept them.
I have told him that he could (1) send me the springs back (2) pay me the $100 I paid for the springs. I told him that I would wait until he had the money to ship and I made every concession I could think of to work with the guy.
He has not answered my last 6 IM and I am pretty sure he is trying to blow me off and f*ck me on the deal. Does anyone know this guy? I am not making any accusations here only stating facts and my feelings that this is seriously wrong. I have done many deals on the net and I have not had any problems until I started trading and buying shit on this forum.
Dont get me wrong, there are some great people here and I have become friends with many of you, however a guy like this and a few others I have dealt with on here make me think that we have some children among us that have no ethics or morals when it comes to doing business.
Hope no one else buys or sells to this guy and gets screwed like I seem to be. Hopefully you can learn from my mistakes?

man that sucks...i hope things work out for you...but from the looks of things its not looking so great...please don't let these few people change your perspective on this forum...there are plenty of legit sellers here...its just too bad you got one of the bad ones...

Yes I definitely do bro...........we shall see what happens. I am not giving up hope on him yet. I like to trust in the inate goodness of people but a few of these guys on here have me wondering if I am just stupid or naive

This guy was a 'New Member', I would be a little careful of that in the future. Vendor's are one thing but this warranted a little more caution I think.

You are definitely right. He has a pic of the lip in his ride section so I know he has the lip, he was just having problems finding the money to send it which I understand. That is why I offered to have him just pay exactly what I paid for the springs or just send me the springs back instead of the lip................but it looks as if he wants his cake and wants to eat it too. lol

Were you able to find out anything? Thanks for the help. I noticed that he was last on the forum on 28 Jan so he has definitely seen the private messages and chosen not to respond
Damn now this guy is just about the sorriest individual. I could not sleep at night knowing I intentionally f*&ked somebody. The more I think about it the more it is pissing me off.
Hey how about helping me get a petition going to ban this guy from the forum so he cant do this shit to anyone else?
I think his name is Josh, I just talked to him on AOL IM and tried to bullshit like I had seen his car on an import site. He said the car just got hit? He must have known something was up because he asked who it was and said brb, then split. lol
Anyone know how I can take legal action for something like this? I am not that worried about $100 but this guy may do this to someone else and I dont want to be a party to it. Thanks
