My ultimate goal with this car is to transform it into a Type R that the USDM should have gotten if it would have happened. Hope you like it.

You are NOT crazy. Those are 05-06 RSX-S front brake calipers. I wanted to use Type S calipers, pads and rotors on my JDM DC5 ITR front knuckles. Turns out I can't do that because the caliper sits 1 1/2" away from the knuckle. So, I bought DC5 ITR Brembo calipers, DC5 ITR Brembo brake pads and OEM DC5 ITR brake rotors.

They aren't from eBay. They're from a Honda dealer in Germany.

Just don't let my girlfriend know about all the "batches". I tell her I'm getting Brembo's. She thinks just the calipers. She doesn't know I need to change the entire suspension to do that.

Alright guys, Brembo calipers are back from powdercoating. Just got and installed the Brembo caliper rebuild kit from the UK. Tomorrow is the big day! If all goes well, I will be sporting a complete DC5 ITR front suspension with Brembo's.

Here's the deal. I installed:

- JDM DC5R front steering knuckles
- JDM DC5R front LCA's with balljoints and balljoint bolts
- JDM DC5R front sway bar w/ bushings
- JDM DC5R front Brembo calipers
- JDM DC5R front brake rotors
- JDM DC5R front brake pads
- JDM DC5R exhaust manifold with new gaskets
- JDM DC5R catalytic converter with new gaskets

Everything fit perfectly. No modifcations. Bolted right in. And the EP3 CTR wheels just clear the Brembo's. The EP3 CTR wheel also sit flush with the fenders with the wider DC5R front suspension. Here's the alignment sheet.

Well people,

I went on track this weekend and the EP3 was amazing! It handled soooo well. Never got a "peep" from the brakes. They never faded or anything. No hiccups at all. I love it! Here's some photos showing my day. Enjoy!
