I thought it went "Psshh" when it turns off because of the intake, but I remember working on another stock 7th gen Civic, and it did the exact same thing when it turned off, just a little more quiet. It made me sad.

Yes I am aware that intakes do nothing for our cars we drive civics.

But it does clean up the engine bay a little.
