Experimenting with some LEDs

Fitted some little LEDs to the Coupe's number plate lights and front parkers. Quite a difference to the standard ol' yellow on the wife's CR-V's number plates lights! I am still waiting on some interior dome LEDs to arrive for both cars.

Re: Experimenting with some LEDs

I love them. My entire ep, less the dash lights, have been converted to led. It gets addictive. They use 1/3 the power are four times brighter and last for years.

Added those to my interiors and also the license plate looks great. I wish I had enough skill to do the dash.

Re: Experimenting with some LEDs

yes but i assume LEDs would last longer than the neon tubes. But I don't want to risk all that trouble and possibly breaking them or for them to get stuck on something.

Re: Experimenting with some LEDs

would 50-100 LEDs waste a lot of battery life?

i was thinking it would be cheaper to get LEDs and string them together myself
but since there are already pre made strips...
