payed a flat 3k for it. Yes know it will break a lot but thats why im here to pick up the tranny when it falls to cover the boost leaks and heal its dead gaskets
Also the engine is 4g63 Picks of the engine bay when i get home totally forgot about that....consider it teaser pics oh and Mileage is ONLY 91xxx
i think u should give it a tune up now... lol looks pretty clean.. more pics tho! those eclispes are notorious for busted internals and smoky things good luck tho..what are the plans for it. 3k wasnt bad either..
First things First BRAND NEW or REBUILT Transmission. Going to Racing Results in LI They'v got a pretty quick Talon and A crazy EVO. So with that said They should be doing the things i cant do in my driveway.
3k was great for the condition. It only had an Exhaust and intake when i got it, but he removed it. Tune up right around the corner, just need to recover some money and get some time to work on the bad boy .

Still love my EM2 tho ....EM2>DSM (Staying true to my first love)

lol maybe. i haven't decided yet. the main reason is because i never drive my car except on the weekends i'm home. i'm at SIU right now so it's just sitting in the garage. my friend had a DSM and i loved his so i'm leaning towards one. but i just don't know yet.
i am between getting a gsx or painting my car this summer and possibly bagging it.
but right now it's looking like...

The 420A didn't curse the DSM until the second gen *shudders* Neon engines didn't belong in these cars.
Congrats man. Now that I got a promotion in a new city and don't really want my EM2's monthly payment...I'm so tempted to get rid of it and go back to my Talon.

found the reason was fruckin up! well after thinking about the car not having atune up for about 3 yrs and well asking my teacher who was a evo fanatic and mitsubishi god at the dealer i came to the conclusion thaat its just the wires spark plugs and maybe the entire coil pack O_o so when I fix that ill repost pics of engine bay this afternoon when I get home from school

How hard is it to find transmissions for these cars? I here thats the weak point of the older gen dsm's.
Shep trans rule the DSM world.
Replace the timing belt if you haven't already and consider removing the balance shafts. Get a datalogger soon to make sure everything is running decent after you replace the wires/plugs/etc.

word...just get a dog box and you'll never have to worry about a transsmission issue again lol...anyway, have fun with it, my friend and i worked on his all summer and it could outrun most cars (minus some vettes) around here, and that's with minimal work done to it.
