OK, latest that's going on with my car. It's got a 3" turbo back exhaust, a new dual vac-source catchcan setup, and the new IM is about 2 weeks from being done.. And I'm about to send you an idle datalog (probably tomorrow) to have a tweak or two to get the idle stable and then we'll get the boost squared away with the new head and cam. Sound cool?
Re: I Hacked the Site and some Pipe - (Pg. 125) - The Speedfoos' Turbo Thread!!
It's leaking from the -10AN fitting that is screws into the bung I welded on to my oil pan. It's technically pressurized, but not a whole lot since it's just the gravity drain from the turbo.
Bad thing is that the fucker is still leaking. More red gagunga juice is going on it tomorrow. It's starting to irritate me.
But that's just a temporary problem until I fix it for good. Did I mention I really like driving my car? Here are two more reasons why.

Prolly from that mack daddy mig welder lol. You need to tig it. I wouldn't let it go for too long, that's what caused me to spin a bearing. And yes, the pan is pressurized, You are losing pressure out of the tiny leak. May not be much, depending on how bad the leak is, but like I said, I wouldn't let it go.

Oh, I'm not going to let it go don't worry about that Andy. But its not leaking from the weld (cuz I gots mad tight weldin skillz and you don't even know. yo.), it leaking from the the threads of the fitting. If the RTV doesn't fix it, then I am about one day away from getting an aluminum fitting TIG'd onto my spare EX pan.

I've got that header and my old cat back in the garage....all we would need is a piece of 2.25" pipe and a couple flanges and you've a whole new exhaust.... Hell I think I've got the flanges.
You could have a whole exhaust setup, from the header to tail for less than $100.....
