I love the skid plate, I hated having to cut the stock one all the way out
So you're built, big turbo, k-pro(soon right?), equal length, intake mani, suspension, & a front end conversion.
What else do you have to do but paint that beast and drive? You've messed with it soo much I think you've finally worked all the bugs out. Your ready to boost with reliability!

As far as things I still have to do.....
- return fuel conversion, have all the parts (except the rail I want) just need to install
- sell PCS and get a Stage 3 cam
- budget in an LSD
- paint
- drive!
Sorry man, been busy and haven't installed it yet. Replaced Josh's rear main on Sunday and was dog tired last night so I didn't work on the car at all. My daughter has an orchestra concert tonight so I may finish up the install on the catchcan after that. It's ready to go, all hoses are run, fittings plumbed in everywhere, I just need to connect it up and it's done.

There's a good chance that I'm not going to answer your PM.
Here's how I did my catchcan setup. I took a female brass 1/2" nipple and ground the threads down on the inside. I slathered a little JB Weld inside of it and installed it on the valve cover vent. Boom. Instant hose fitting because that stock fitting is too big for most hose.
I ran a 3/8" to 1/2" NPT nipple on the stock PCV box - FYI, the stock PCV valve has 3/8" NPT threads - and run it and the VC vent into one side of catch can like so:
Then I tapped another 1/2" fitting into my turbo intake tube and did a modified slash cut on the threaded side. Basically, I drilled a small hole of the filter side of the fitting and a larger one on the compressor side of it allows air across the bottom to create a small amount of vacuum out of the catchcan sucking the vapors into the intake charge.
And here everything is installed. I apologize for the bad camera phone pics. My wife took my camera again.
Oh. I also re-installed my washers....
For that mad-JDM hood tilt.
Sugar misbehaved a little bit and flooded out after the orchestra concert. The joys of a piggyback, 2-step colder plugs and big injectors. So I beat on her a little bit as punishment. Here's a sound clip of what the exhaust sounds like with just a glasspack and nothing from the axle back.

Thanks Scott!
Still misfiring under boost, the stock head is choking her, and my flaky voltage issue is back.
So I made her sit outside tonight.
Actually, there is a reason I made here sit outside but I'll get to that in a second. The new half raddy is really efficient. It was 70 degrees today and I stayed between 183-187 °F on the way into work and during an hour-long traffic SNAFU at the back gate. I would be 195-197 with my old Koyo full raddy. That's a good thing. I will probably have to heatshield my alternator again or I may just get a new one along with a new ELD as I'm tired of guessing. The head is just a matter of me swapping it out.
As far as the misfires go, well, it was Christmas today.
But from Andy Claus!
That's my keychain though. Heheh. It will go on soon. Which means my PCS and my extra EP3 ECU will be up for sale.
But I spent all night working on Piggy. She says, "Oink!"
I'm pulling the tranny to replace the clutch. I'm almost done - just two more bolts holding the bell housing on - so she gets her new friction bits tomorrow, as long as the flywheel doesn't need to be resurfaced. We'll see tomorrow once I pop the tranny off.

LoL he didn't realize I wanted it either even when I told him his girl had to tell him.
Jolie is the bomb. She keeps Andy Clause in check.
Piggy sucks, but the clutch is done. Definitely a two-man job, but it only took one Clint and a lot of swearing.
Here is why I needed a new clutch.
The new Advance Auto hotness. Quite a difference.
And a shot of the big hunk of aluminum that almost killed me several times tonight. Piece of shit. I hate you Piggy tranny.
It was very dirty. Cuz the tailshaft seal is still leaking.
But I don't care. I also didn't machine the flywheel, nor did I replace the pilot "bearing", which is nothing more than a metal sleeve. I really don't care because this clutch will probably outlast the body of the truck. Plus the FW was still in really good shape.
I am fucking beat. Night folks.
