Well we hemmed and we hawed and then we found a deal that was too good to pass up!
After she test-drove the '09 TSX and hated it, like the new 328i but couldn't find one for what we wanted to pay, we found this guy tonight and bought it! They are delivering it to Atlanta on the 16th when we fly back to the states. I'm going to de-plane in Atlanta with the dog, pick up the car and then drive to Fayetteville to meet my wife and daughter who will have taking the connecting flight from Atlanta.
We are so stoked. Getting back to the states after over 4 years overseas and falling into this deal!

i hate you already...my neighbor's wife across the street has one in jet black. i drool to myself everytime she backs it out of the garage (the car you tools!!!)
she was pimping a donut a couple weeks back and i thought to myself, "even the donut is bigger than my wheels )
edit: upon closer inspection, i have one question: why not do the whole dash with wood grain, instead of just the center console??
