I'll measure the exhaust ports in a little bit Ching, but yeah, they're pretty fucking big. Smoothing out the head-to-mani transition should be easy enough, but I think the gasket may give a some grief. I may have to order another sheet of gasket material and just make a new one if I can't cut the metal one like I need to.
It looks like the valve guides were shaved to flow with the intake and exhaust chambers. That part of the PnP job appears to have been done well.

Played around a little in the car tonight. The first clip, the seat rocks back on my wife as soon as I completely spool up. I couldn't really WOT it because of the traffic and road conditions (crappy English on-ramps). Too fun.

I'm running between 9 - 9.75 right now until I swap the head out this weekend. Then I should be able to ratchet it down to 7 psi and still make the same amount of power.
