Naw, I gave my Y8 mani to some kid on d-series and he was supposed to send me a K&N filter for it that I never got. C'est la vie.
Andy if your question was to me, you should be drug out into the street and shot. That is Master Chief's helmet. From Halo. The best game.
Ever.
OK, so this might go slower than I had hoped. My ass is whooped!
But! I'm really happy to be working on my car again!! Check it peeps. Representin'.
For you military folks, 3-month deployments on relaxed grooming standards followed by 30 days of leave are the only way to go. This way I get to legally grow a goatee once a year.
This first day probably isn't that exciting. It's just a couple pictures of me ripping apart my car. Here's a familiar site. This is smoke break #1. Just finished pulling the front of the wiring harness off, radiator drained and out and some miscellaneous riff-raff pulled off the engine. Probably took about an hour to get to this stage.
Things started going a little slower at this point, for two reasons.
1.There is a lot of shit attached to the engine.
Wiring harness is completely disconnected and swung to the passenger side. Coolant is drained out of the block - big fucking mess. Starter is off, thermo housing is off and all the coolant lines that attach to the block, the head, and the turbo are disconnected.
2. I'm fucking tired.
I spent 6 hours on the lawn today and got half of it done. My wife has ruptured discs in her lower back so she wasn't able to do a lot of yardwork while I was gone. I'll snap some pic of it in the morning, but I still have a lot of 'yard reclamation' to do and trees to prune. This fucking country is like a rain forest in the summer.
So here's where I left off for the evening.I'm going to eat some stuff, drink some beer and play COD4 tonight! More updates tomorrow.
Oh. Here's a picture of some boobs.
