my thread and my car is boosted at 9 psi as of today!! Woohoo!!! Damn this bitch is fun to drive! We're going out to the track tomorrow to see what she can do. The tune still isn't perfect because the USB-to-serial adapter drops the signal from the PCS to the laptop at 5000 RPMs. Too much electrical noise. So we can't really fine tune the 5k to redline tune. She's running a tad rich right now, but that's where we want to leave until we can iron at the kinks on the datalogs.
We tore apart my buddy's front diff on his Denali today. I'll let the pictures do the talking for the most part.

This not what you want to see in the bottom of your differential. It completed shredded the bearing. I mean the carrier and everything!
It takes a lot to shred a pinion gear like this.
So luckily the spider and planet gears are still OK. So are the axles ends (it's AWD) He has the replace the ring and pinion gears, the entire planet gear housing, and the one bearing and race.
Don't let your kids drive with giant ass rims!!
