i see a lot of old members in this thread. civicpesek has been here since 01 and i havent ever seen him post. LOL.
LOL what can I say.. i'm a lurker
anyway yeah the rsx muffler is not loud at all, but with 2.25" piping + intake, it gives me the perfect sound.
I can still enjoy music in my car.
since the rsxs have the same platform as the civics, wouldn't buying a catback and just bolting it on make more sense than buying a axleback and have it extended and welded?
^^what are you talking about? the RSX catback is still too short for our cars. It has been done and proven. Bolting the cat back on will work, YES, but will still be 6-8 inches too short. So even if you get the cat back, you would still have to extend and reweld.
So buying the muffler and putting on your own pipes with your own diameter makes much more sense.
i have a tanabe medallion catback exhaust rsx-s for sale its 2.5 inch piping and the axle back will fit an em2 easy...i tested it with mine...but i have custom exhaust piping and an apexi n1 black muffler so i dont need the rsx-s exhast
