that guy is straight up retarted!!! there is only 1 kit i know of that wil not require a camber kit because of being within spec. that is the eibach prokits. i have them on my car with kyb agx shocks and i am -1.5* which is right at max spec. any lower and you deinately will need camber. realistically i should have one too, but i just keep the tire rotated often.
