Sup everyone gonna try this again...hopefully without the drama that occurred last time! For those who don't know or remember the last time we had a pole for best showcar it didnt turn up so good!!
We are gonna use this thread for nominees for two classes, the limit is 12 for both categories. This thread will be closed and all nominees tallied on December 16th! I will do plaques for both winners this time around. I think this would be a cool way to bring a little friendly competition among us..remember we are all a family here! Must be a 7thgen to be nominated (sorry to all the others)!!

hmmm i think we are gunna have the same problem as last, there is to many different styles. like clean style (drew,02civicrida,hayz,ect..) then you got wild (blackbullet, and InOvAtStyL) i think there should be two different things, like i love InOvAtStyL car, its ****in HOT but i like clean cars awell, but like i said its 2 different things.
Since you said "best showcar" I would have to go with Tim aka InOvAtStyL. I think Drew22s car is one of the overall cleanest, but as far as true show goes, Tim's massive widebody and paintjob takes the cake for me.
i say 02civic_rida and logicwavelength....both of you guys have some of the cleanest ssm's on this site.
award ideas:
some kinda trophey that has some kinda spare part from a 7thgen...like some gears, cams, steering wheel. then paint it gold. haha
i just made a golf trophey its not that hard to do it. i'll make it if you want.
Drew22mader was the second car that came to mind when I saw this thread. His car does look very .
BUT.. Without knowing everything done to his car, at first glance it seems like I could make my own car look just like his without a hell of a lot of work. IT IS NICE!! but what is involved? Body kit, wheels, tint, lowered, grille.. anything else? Seriously, any of us could have that 'look' I think...
I am not dogging his car, but when there are show cars on here like supermex who've done a body kit, custom paint, wheels, extensive engine modification, custom turbo, interior modification.. that car is different, it's not a regular civic with some extra enhancements added on. It takes design, imagination, work and money to get there... lots of it. Personally, I can appreciate that a lot more.. and think it would fair better at a car show as well due to all the custom work.
There is also mksop that I don't think anyone mentioned? I don't care for the car much myself.. but it's all modded out. Wide body, labo doors, custom paint.. poor choice in wheels. :/
I am just suprised as hell to see that everyone votes for the simple, stock paint, add a body kit, wheels, drop, tint, grille and call it a day. No appreciation for custom work.
