As usual, I've been hard at work on it, and as usual, you can't see any of it
Whole lot of trackproofing going on around here, I reciently set a record for the fastest destruction of brake pads (600 miles), so I've been working on the brakes, the oil system and the alignment. Most of the suspension is shook out and the car is really getting there.

just me, but dont mess with PS so much , the car looks like its purple, but none the less its still sick, luving the racing look
Ya know, I couldn't figure out what you were talking about until I looked at it on the other computer upstairs (regular monitor vs. LCD). It looks fine on LCD which is where I tweaked the pics, but on a regular one, it does have a purple tinge... oh well, they came off the camera with too much blue, so whatever, I'm not good at editing them anyways.
the university server tends to drift in and out during the summer. give it a couple hours. Either that, or they cleared my account because I graduated, but hopefully not.

He likes replacing brand new OEM body parts with aftermarket stuff that doesnt fit nearly as good. Just a guess.

your wheel gap is amazing bro perfect fit like a BMW! perfect wheel sizing too. WOW
Well... believe it or not, it just fell like that on the first try. It looked good enough so I leveled the front to the rear and called it a day, set the alignment and haven't touched it since. Turns out I can't go any lower because I can barely get a jack under it with the race wheels on, and its pretty hard to actually raise the car back up . So I left it as you see it. I've thought about eurotrashing the car out (tail lights, rear fog light, etc....) but every time I think about doing it, I break something else and end up buying more performance parts. Oh well... I guess its just not meant to be. It's not a show car by any standards.... just business.

Hey Boiler, looks awesome. Impressive mods, particularly in the suspension. I have considered the Superleggeras and have always liked them on a silver car. Are you happy with them? Also, how is the ride with all the suspension mods? Go-kart stiff? Tolerable? Regardless, nice job.

Quite tolerable actually. I still hate I-94 (Michigan people will understand), but just plain old driving, its quite complacient with road imperfections with the exception of highway expansion joints, it still hates those. Its not really very stiff, I went for a balance of nice ride and gokart handling and I think I got it. It transfers weight laterally quite well without too much dip and sway in it. I like the feel of it.
Ummm... the OZs... yeah, I beat the hell out of them. They're kinda banged up by now, but I've hit some pretty hard holes and only managed to barely ding one of them (like 1/16", it doesn't even show up on the balancing machine). The finish still is pretty good although brake dust takes its toll. Oh well, they're wheels... they're meant to be used.
