Arrow D16y8 manifold on a D17a2

Yesterday my friends and I finished my car (Thanks to Brad and Morgan of Domestic Violence motorsports) To start, we got rid of the D17 manifold and put on a Honed port matched d16y8 manifold/TB, with a return fuel line, new fuel rail, adjustable fuel pressure regulator, fuel pressure gauge, Accel 255 fuel pump, and RC 550cc peak and hold injectors, injector resistor box. This was not an easy bolt on, Morgan had to make a remote idle air control valve/sensor, and brad needed to do a lot of new wiring. The new manifold pulls a lot harder in the higher RPM range (like 4000-7000) then the d17. Due to its shorter runners. Brad and Morgan say now we know what to do they would be willing to sell some on special request. To remove this ad, register today for free or log in if already registered!

Hey!!

That looks great!!!
Now... are those people planning to make a new intake manifold for the D17 similar to the D16's EX manifold??

I believe they are planning to make a whole kit right?? (fuel rail, wires, sensors, return line, manifold, etc)?

I would be interested. I hate D17's Intake Manifold, 6th gen EX manifold is really great!
Please let us know!
